So... I have a question.

[Uh oh, this sounds promising. Ryuunosuke is sitting in the Game Corner, dressed in the clothing of the attendants. He's currently on break and playing a game of Voltorb Flip while he speaks. Someone else is clearly holding the 'Gear while he talks, though he doesn't make eye contact with the 'Gear.]

What are some really rare Pokémon? I'm getting bored of seeing the same ones all the time. I want to raise something that no one else has! Or at least something that very few people have. There's gotta be something cool out there that people aren't using!

[He flips a card over and makes a face when it's revealed to be a Voltorb.]

I've got plenty of money to spare, so I can buy Pokémon or eggs off of anyone who's got something I like. So show me your rarest Pokémon, okay?

[The feed cuts there, at least for the public.]

[ ROCKET VIDEO ]

[The feed returns a little while later, with Ryuunosuke still frowning at Voltorb Flip. He flips a card and grins when it reveals a "3".]

Awesome!

[He looks up at the 'Gear and smiles, tipping his head a bit to the side and trying to look cute. He manages for the most part, though there's a strangely distant look in his eyes, if you look closely.]

I think I'm going to go traveling. I like Goldenrod, but it's been awhile since I went anywhere, you know? Does anyone have any Pokémon they want me to get them or something? I'm thinking about heading to the Safari Zone - I've heard good things about it - but if you want me to catch you something somewhere else, I can do that!

...Alternatively, if anyone's got any plans in the future, let me know, alright? It's been so boring lately. Someone's gotta do something cool soon!

[Maybe Seth will attack again or something. Who knows?]

This is so cool!

[Uh oh, looks like Ryuunosuke's back. He's actually been back in Johto for awhile now, but he's only now making his presence known to the network. Anyway, if the audio on your 'Gear hasn't been blasted out by that shout, you'll hear some strange sounds of movement and see something that looks vaguely like a tentacle move in front of the 'Gear.]

If only you were here to see this, Bluebeard! You'd be so pleased, I just know you would!

[Ryuunosuke walks into the frame, though it's tilted at an angle and clearly being held by a shaky cameraman. For some inexplicable reason, Ryuunosuke is missing a shoe and his foot is covered in red paint that looks suspiciously like blood. On the floor beneath him is a magic circle - or at least, a shoddily drawn one. The tentacle thing is covering most of the circle though; it looks like Ryuunosuke summoned another demon.

Oh dear.]

Hear this, Johto! I'll take down all your Pokémon with my own! He'll crush them and snap them and destroy them and it will be so amazingly cool!

[A pause. Ryuunosuke glances over at the pile of tentacles.]

At least, I think you're a boy. Huh.

[He returns his gaze to the camera and points at it - his hands are also covered in that red paint.]

If I don't get any challengers, I'll let this thing go wild on Goldenrod! So come on already!

[And end feed!]

[ ACTION ]

[True to his word, Ryuunosuke and the tentaclebeast are out having a little fun in Goldenrod City. Any bystanders will be snatched up by the tentaclebeast, but for some reason it won't kill them. Maybe it's because death doesn't stick in Johto and that's simply no fun at all. Regardless, Ryuunosuke is laughing maniacally and urging the monster on to destroy anything that gets in its way. There are quite a few downed lampposts in the wake of this terror.

...They might be advancing on the Pokémon Center. Someone should probably stop them.]

NINTH DESIRE ☠ VIDEO / PRIVATE MESSAGE

[ VIDEO ]
[The video opens to Ryuunosuke sitting in a nondescript room, leaning back in a chair nearly to the point of falling over, with his legs propped up on a desk. Sitting beside him are two Liepards, both of who are watching their trainer curiously.]

Valentine's Day is coming up, isn't it?

[The question is clearly rhetorical, and Ryuunosuke brandishes a rose at the camera, playing with the petals and smirking. He looks a bit unhinged today, but hopefully the dim lighting in the room will make that a bit hard to see.]

How do you celebrate Valentine's Day? I guess I've been pretty unlucky - or lucky, depending on how you look at it; I've never had a girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Seems my timing's always just a bit off.

[He plucks a petal and lets it fall to the ground.]

At least it means I don't have to buy into the holiday commercialism and all that. Though I am pretty fond of chocolate...

[Another petal falls, then he smirks at the camera.]

But that's not really the point. I want to know what you guys have planned for this pointless little holiday. I like hearing how different people celebrate; some of your celebrations are pretty cool.

[A pause. Ryuunosuke lowers the chair back to the ground and cups the rose's petals in both hands before snapping them shut, crushing the flower. He's smiling sweetly, his expression is completely dissonant in comparison to his cold tone.]

Maybe it will be slightly more interesting than everything else in this dull world.

EIGHTH DESIRE ☠ VIDEO

[The feed opens to Ryuunosuke wearing a very puffy coat; apparently he's not too fond of the cold at all. He appears to be in the Pokémon Center (Goldenrod's, to be specific), with an Absol curled up at his feet. He grins at the camera, though he doesn't look anywhere near as peppy as usual.]

I guess some of you guys are probably going through the same thing I am. I really miss Fuyuki City and the people I knew back home. I mean, don't get me wrong, this world is pretty great, but the holidays are a time to spend with friends and family. It feels weird spending the time away from home.

[...What is he going on about now? This is a bit of an odd topic, considering Ryuunosuke murdered his entire family.]

I've never really liked the holidays, actually. I like getting gifts, sure, who doesn't? But picking out the perfect gifts is always such a hassle.

[He leans on his knees, propping his chin on one hand. There's a bright red mark visible on the back of his right hand. It looks like it might be some sort of tattoo. It's not a new addition by any means, but there are a few people here that might recognize it.]

How do you guys go about picking out the perfect gift for people? And I've got another question too - who here's from Fuyuki? Anyone? How about Japan?

[The Absol stirs at his feet and Ryuunosuke glances down at her.]

...I guess giving people Pokémon would be too predictable, huh?

SEVENTH DESIRE ☠ ANONYMOUS VIDEO / ACTION [VIOLET CITY]

[Today's the last day of the tournament. Guess what that means? It's time for a Team Rocket attack!

Anyone in Violet City might have noticed the flames coming from the Sprout Tower, but in case you missed it, there's a video on the network. It's from an anonymous source, through from the looks of it, it's being held by someone filming the Rocket.

The Rocket is dressed in the usual Grunt outfit, mask and hat covering any identifying features, though it's clear that he's a bit on the thin side. Standing a few feet in front of him is an Absol blasting Flamethrower and Fire Blast at the Sprout Tower's door. Flames are licking up the sides of the building already, and if the screams are an indication, some of the monks are still inside.

After a moment of merely watching, the Rocket turns to the camera and holds out a sign. Like "Seth's" sign, this one is written over so many times it's hard to tell what the handwriting would have been like originally. The writing is in big block letters and is clearly visible:]

YOU WANTED SOME EXCITEMENT, RIGHT?

((OOC: Attack is mod-approved! Ryuunosuke is currently pretending to be Seth for Reasons. Action is available for anyone within Violet City, but please note that Ryuunosuke won't be caught this time!))

SIXTH DESIRE ☠ VIDEO

Time really flies here, doesn't it? I've been here six months already. It doesn't feel like it's been that long.

[Ryuunosuke actually looks relatively pleased today, which is a first. He's been melancholy or in tears for his previous broadcasts. Today he's sporting an arm brace on his left arm, which can be seen when he flails while talking.]

I didn't think I'd ever get used to it. I mean, this world is so different than my own. But I've come to kind of enjoy it! Don't get me wrong, it could stand to be more interesting...

So let's play a game! Don't worry, there will be prizes! I'm looking for the coolest Pokémon out there! All you have to do is show it to me on the 'Gear, though I'd love to see it in person, or even have one of my own if they're really cool! The winner will get a TM and second place will get a Moon Stone! Unless the first place winner wants the Moon Stone, I guess I could switch them.

Show me your coolest Pokémon!

[For the curious, Ryuunosuke has been recovering from a botched attack. He was supposed to broadcast earlier this month about an attack on the Power Plant in Kanto, but unfortunately for him, their defenses were stronger than he had planned for. Ryuunosuke kind of fell off his Steelix and injured him arm during the battle, but he managed to escape. He's currently chilling in Saffron and trying not to aggravate his injury any.]

FIFTH DESIRE ☠ VIDEO + LOCKED TO ROCKETS

[Ryuunosuke is sitting outside, somewhere in the outskirts of Goldenrod City. There's a Skarmory sitting beside him, looking a bit upset. Ryuunosuke's expression is blank, perhaps a bit melancholy. When he speaks, it's quite clear he's not pleased.]

Peacock's gone.

[He picks up one of the Skarmory feathers he's been collecting and twists it about. It cuts his fingers up a bit, but he doesn't seem to mind, or even react to the blood. His partner in crime was taken far too early. It's not fair.]

I think I'm going to travel for a bit. What are some interesting things to see around here?

[The feed cuts out there.]

[The feed clicks on to... well, Ryuunosuke practically in tears. He's trying to hold them back, at least!]

What does it mean when you can't reach someone's Gear? It means they're gone, right?

[Oh boy, if you thought he was going to keep from crying...]

B-Bluebeard is gone then! He's gone home and I didn't... didn't even get to say goodbye!

[Ryuunosuke's Pokémon aren't the best suited for comforting, but they'll try their best! He buries his face in his Primeape's fur and continues sobbing while the Pokémon pats him awkwardly on the head.]

I-I c-can't believe he's g-gone! Wh-what if he... d-doesn't come back?

[Thankfully the feed will cut out there and spare you all from the rest of Ryuunosuke's sobbing monologue. In case you missed it, Bluebeard - or Caster as the majority of you probably know him as - is gone.]

[The video opens with Ryuunosuke sitting on his Steelix's tail. He grins and waves at the camera - apparently he's taught one of his Pokémon how to use the Gear.]

Hey, Johto! I have a question for you!

[He's sitting a good distance away so it's hard to see just how dead his eyes look. In fact, he should look like your regular (if overly enthusiastic) young man. Certainly not a member of Team Rocket!]

What's your favorite move to use in battle? I know people have asked about Pokémon before, but I think the moves themselves are interesting. Personally? I like Payback. It's a great move if your Pokémon are slow, and it's a TM!

But! I have an interesting move to show you guys!

[Ryuunosuke hops off the Steelix and walks closer toward the camera, turning before the video can catch a good glimpse of his face. He points at the Steelix and shouts out a command.]

Steelix! Magnet Rise!

[The Steelix does as commanded - good thing they're in the outskirts of Goldenrod rather than the city itself. It rises into the air, floating just a bit above the ground, roaring happily. Ryuunosuke punches a fist in the air.]

Cool! Isn't that the greatest cool, guys?

SECOND DESIRE ☠ ANONYMOUS TEXT

[Ryuunosuke has never liked copycat killers. They always struck him as try-hards, vying for attention by riding on someone else's coattails. He'd had his fair share of them, but in the end it didn't matter. Hey, if they were good enough and those kills were said to be his then fine. It gave him a higher kill count anyway.]

[But things are different here in Johto. Ryuunosuke doesn't have the means to kill in the ways he enjoyed so thoroughly back home. Instead he has Pokémon.]

[Haunter, Gyarados, and Steelix are all intimidating, and all three of them have learned to follow his commands without hesitation. Ryuunosuke likes the power that comes with it, but more than that he likes the fact that they'll attack humans.]

[If you're tuning in to your Gear later at night, you'll receive several lovely photos in quick succession. The first shows the outside of the Fighting Dojo in Saffron City. It doesn't look any different than usual. It appears to have been taken before the sun set, however.]

[The second photo is more troubling - a Team Rocket Grunt is now standing in front of the door, holding a Pokéball. He's masked and it's hard to tell anything about him other than the fact that he's of average height and maybe a bit on the skinny side; he looks like the average Grunt.]

[The third photo takes place inside - the Fighting Dojo has clearly been attacked. Puddles of water and rocks litter the ground and from the looks of it, everything's been badly shaken. Even the camera's angle is tilted in an odd direction, and probably not just to be artsy. There are only two trainers in the photo, both with their Pokémon out; apparently this Rocket Grunt caught them at a bad time. The Dojo's leader is nowhere to be found.]

[The fourth photo is a bit difficult to decipher unless you're familiar with Thunderbolt. The attack isn't hitting the Pokémon but rather the trainers.]

[The final photo shows the Rocket Grunt kneeling next to the Dojo's leader, Pokéballs in hand. He's in the process of spray painting a large red R on one of the trainer's backs. There's another one on the wall behind them and on the second trainer.]

[Finally, a text follows.]

Maybe this time you'll actually catch me.

[Ryuunosuke never had any respect for copycat killers. But emulating other members of Team Rocket? This is fun.]

[OOC: Mod approved! Ryuunosuke has no idea who the original anonymous Team Rocket member was. He's assuming the attack on Envy was by the same person. If you're hoping to catch him, good luck! He's hoped the train and chilling in the Goldenrod base by now. He will respond to any texts though! He's also made off with four Pokémon: Tyrogue, two Machokes, and a Primeape! One of the Machokes has been sent to Team Rocket, but Ryuunosuke's keeping the other three.]

[Ryuunosuke has been in Johto for all of ten minutes and he's already figured out how to work the 'Gear. It was pretty self-explanatory. He hasn't bothered trying to find out anything about this place - instead he's more concerned with something else.]

[The video feed opens with that rather loud shout, followed by a shot of a Gastly. The Pokémon seems to share his trainer's sentiment there.]

What is this place? Where can I get more of these Pokémon things? They're incredible! How do they work? Are they just like normal animals?

[Ryuunosuke calms down after a moment, turning the Gear to focus on himself. He certainly looks innocent enough!]

Does anyone know how I got here? I should probably try to get back home-- oh! Has anyone seen a really tall guy who goes by "Bluebeard"?

[His smile widens. Someone's not too bothered about showing up here!]
