[The static electricity is perfectly fine, because it's a physical reminder that this is actually happening and all Ryuunosuke can really do is cackle the entire way down. It's wild, unrestrained laughter that is probably a good indication of exactly how cool he thinks this is.
Well, if the sparkles and glitter he's leaving behind aren't enough of an indication, of course.
Once they're safe with Honchkrow he finally manages to get something out—]
[Ryuunosuke is screaming in his ear and he's covered in glitter and he doesn't care, that felt great and he wants to do it again and they are doing it again, because Honchkrow's taking back up into the air.]

There's an alarming amount of electricity, but at least it doesn't hurt much.]
[It's not very often that Silver has genuine emotion in his voice, but this is one of those moments. He's excited, and up they go one more time, because this is great, and he'll do it twenty times if Ryuunosuke wants, because there's no god damn downside (except for fucking up.)

We're going down headfirst this time, and this time Honchkrow is grabbed close enough to the water that they can almost touch it before they start going back up, and. Well. Silver's electricity is going wildly out of control, because we've hit too damn excited a long time ago.]

And you know what's just as awesome as being dropped and nearly hitting the water and dying horribly (probably)? Being zapped. Did you know Ryuunosuke was totally a masochist? Neither did he!!]

That felt great...

[Sometimes Silver has a serious face because that's kind of just his face, and sometimes he's doing his damn best to look as neutral as possible because feelings are hard.
Right now is the latter, and he's not letting go of Ryuunosuke, even as they reach the shore.]
